1. Introduction and Acceptance of These Terms
1.1 About Deedy
Deedy is a digital platform designed to help users organise, understand, and manage information relating to property in Spain. Deedy provides tools for storing documents, extracting and summarising information, generating insights, and supporting property-related decision-making.
Deedy is the commercial name under which the service is provided by:

During the beta phase, Deedy is hosted at deedy.spanishpropertyinsight.com, which is part of the Spanish Property Insight website. ‘Spanish Property Insight’ is a commercial name operated by Preming Marketing S.L., the same company that operates the Deedy platform.
Throughout these Terms, references to “Deedy”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Preming Marketing S.L. as the operator of the Deedy platform.
1.2 Beta Service
Deedy is currently made available as a beta service.
This means that:
- The platform is still under development and testing
- Features, functionality, and outputs may change
- Some features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to errors
- The service may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time during the beta phase
By using Deedy, you acknowledge and accept that it is a test product and that you use it at your own discretion and risk.
1.3 Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Deedy platform.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Deedy, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms
- You agree to be bound by them
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Deedy.
1.4 Relationship to the Privacy Policy
Your use of Deedy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data and documents are processed and protected.
By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
1.5 No Professional Advice
Deedy is a software tool that provides informational assistance only.
Deedy does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Financial advice
- Real estate agency services
- Professional opinions of any kind
Any summaries, explanations, alerts, or insights generated by Deedy — including those produced using automated systems or artificial intelligence — are provided for general information purposes only.
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying all important information
- Seeking independent professional advice (such as from a lawyer, tax advisor, or other qualified professional) before making decisions that may have legal, financial, or transactional consequences
You should never rely solely on Deedy when making important decisions.
1.6 Eligibility
By using Deedy, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You are using Deedy for lawful purposes only
1.7 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly during the beta phase as the service evolves.
Where changes are made, we will update the version available on the Deedy website. Continued use of Deedy after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 “Deedy”
The digital platform and associated services made available under the commercial name Deedy, operated by Preming Marketing S.L., including the website, software, tools, and features offered during the beta phase.
2.2 “Beta Service”
The current test version of Deedy, which is made available on a limited, experimental basis. The Beta Service may contain incomplete features, errors, or inaccuracies, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
2.3 “User”, “you”, or “your”
Any individual who creates an account, accesses, or uses Deedy.
2.4 “Account”
A registered user account created to access and use Deedy, including all associated settings, data, documents, and content.
2.5 “Services”
The functionality made available through Deedy, which may include (but is not limited to):
- Uploading, storing, and organising documents
- Automated extraction and structuring of information from documents
- Generation of summaries, explanations, alerts, and insights
- Notes, tasks, dashboards, and other organisational tools
2.6 “Documents”
Any files, records, or materials uploaded to Deedy by a user, including (but not limited to) property-related documents such as deeds, land registry extracts, certificates, reports, and other documentation.
2.7 “User Content”
All content provided, uploaded, entered, or generated by or on behalf of a user through Deedy, including Documents, text, notes, data, images, and other information.
2.8 “AI-generated Output”
Any summaries, explanations, insights, classifications, alerts, or other outputs generated by Deedy using automated systems, algorithms, or artificial intelligence, based on User Content or other data.
AI-generated Output is provided for informational purposes only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
2.9 “Subscription” or “Membership”
Any free or paid plan that provides access to certain features or services within Deedy, subject to the applicable pricing and terms in force at the time.
2.10 “Privacy Policy”
The separate document that explains how personal data and Documents are processed, stored, and protected when using Deedy, as amended from time to time.
2.11 “Terms”
These Terms & Conditions, including any updates or amendments published by Preming Marketing S.L. from time to time.
3. Scope of the Service
3.1 What Deedy Provides
Deedy provides a digital platform intended to help users organise, review, and understand information relating to property in Spain.
During the beta phase, the Services may include (but are not limited to):
- Secure storage and organisation of property-related Documents
- Automated extraction and structuring of information from Documents
- Summaries, explanations, alerts, and insights generated using automated systems or artificial intelligence
- Tools for managing notes, tasks, timelines, and other property-related information
- Access to selected content, tools, or features made available as part of the beta offering
The precise features and functionality available may vary during the beta phase and may change over time.
3.2 Informational Nature of the Service
Deedy is designed to provide informational and organisational assistance only.
The Services are intended to help users:
- Understand documents more easily
- Identify issues that may warrant further attention
- Stay organised and informed
Deedy does not verify the legal accuracy, completeness, or current validity of Documents or information provided by users or generated by the platform.
3.3 FSBO Listings and Enquiries
Where Deedy provides tools or services to support the marketing of properties for sale by their owners (including “For Sale By Owner” listings), Deedy acts solely as a platform and facilitator.
Deedy may, as part of the Service, apply basic filtering or screening processes to enquiries received via the platform in an effort to reduce spam or non-genuine messages. However:
• Deedy does not guarantee that any enquiries will be received
• Deedy does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or genuineness of enquiries
• Deedy does not guarantee that enquiries will be free from agents, time-wasters, or scams
All decisions regarding communication with, reliance on, or engagement with potential buyers are the sole responsibility of the user. Deedy does not act as an estate agent and does not represent buyers or sellers in any transaction.
3.4 What Deedy Does Not Do
Deedy does not:
- Provide legal, tax, financial, or professional advice
- Act as a lawyer, tax advisor, real estate agent, or consultant
- Replace or substitute professional advice or due diligence
- Make decisions on behalf of users
- Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output
Nothing within Deedy should be interpreted as a recommendation, opinion, or professional assessment.
3.5 User Responsibility
You remain solely responsible for:
- The Documents you upload
- How you interpret and use information provided by Deedy
- Verifying any information that is important or material
- Seeking appropriate professional advice before making decisions with legal, financial, or transactional consequences
You acknowledge that any reliance on information provided through Deedy is at your own risk.
3.6 Beta Limitations
Because Deedy is offered as a beta service:
- Features may be incomplete or experimental
- Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
- Functionality may change without notice
- The Service may be unavailable or interrupted from time to time
You acknowledge and accept these limitations as part of using a beta product.
4. AI Use and Automated Processing
4.1 Use of Automated Systems and Artificial Intelligence
Deedy uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to support certain aspects of the Services.
This may include, for example:
- Extracting and structuring information from Documents
- Generating summaries, explanations, alerts, or insights
- Organising and categorising User Content
- Highlighting potential issues or inconsistencies for user review
These processes are automated and operate based on the content and information provided by users.
4.2 Limitations of AI-Generated Output
AI-generated Output is inherently limited and may:
- Be incomplete
- Contain errors or inaccuracies
- Misinterpret information in Documents
- Fail to identify relevant issues
- Reflect outdated assumptions or patterns
AI-generated Output is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as authoritative, definitive, or professionally verified.
4.3 No Automated Decision-Making
Deedy does not make automated decisions that produce legal, financial, or other similarly significant effects on users.
All decisions remain under the control of the user. Deedy does not:
- Approve or reject transactions
- Determine legal rights or obligations
- File documents with authorities
- Act on a user’s behalf without explicit human involvement
Any actions taken based on information provided by Deedy are made solely by the user.
4.4 User Responsibility and Oversight
You remain responsible for:
- Reviewing all AI-generated Output
- Assessing its relevance and accuracy
- Deciding whether further investigation or professional advice is required
You acknowledge that Deedy’s automated tools are designed to assist, not replace, human judgment.
4.5 Beta-Stage AI Acknowledgement
During the beta phase, Deedy’s automated and AI-based features are still being tested and refined.
As a result:
- Outputs may change as models or processes are improved
- Behaviour may be inconsistent across similar inputs
- Results may vary over time
By using Deedy during the beta phase, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
5. User Accounts and Account Security
5.1 Account Creation
To use Deedy, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete registration information.
You agree to:
- Provide truthful, current, and complete information when creating your Account
- Keep your Account information up to date
- Not create an Account on behalf of another person unless you are authorised to do so
Each Account is intended for use by a single individual unless expressly permitted otherwise.
5.2 Account Credentials and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials.
You agree to:
- Keep your login details secure
- Not share your Account credentials with others
- Notify us promptly if you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity resulting from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
5.3 Responsibility for Account Activity
All activity carried out through your Account is deemed to be carried out by you.
You are responsible for:
- All Documents uploaded through your Account
- All actions taken using your Account
- Any consequences arising from use of the Services under your Account
If you allow another person to access your Account, you do so at your own risk.
5.4 Suspension or Restriction of Accounts
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an Account if we reasonably believe that:
- These Terms have been breached
- The Account is being misused
- The security or integrity of the platform is at risk
- Suspension is necessary to comply with legal obligations
Where reasonably possible during the beta phase, we will attempt to notify you before taking such action.
5.5 Beta-Phase Considerations
During the beta phase:
- Account features may change
- Access to certain features may be limited or withdrawn
- Temporary interruptions or resets may occur
You acknowledge that these limitations form part of participating in a beta service.
6. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
6.1 Responsibility for User Content and Documents
You are solely responsible for all User Content and Documents that you upload to, store in, or process through Deedy.
By using Deedy, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right and authority to upload and use the Documents you provide
- The Documents and User Content you upload are accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Your use of Deedy does not infringe the rights of any third party
You must not upload Documents or content that you do not own or have permission to use.
6.2 Lawful Use
You agree to use Deedy only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not use Deedy to:
- Upload or process unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading content
- Circumvent legal obligations or regulatory requirements
- Misrepresent ownership, rights, or factual circumstances
- Engage in any activity that could cause harm to others or expose Deedy to legal risk
6.3 Prohibited Uses
You must not:
- Use Deedy in a way that interferes with or disrupts the platform or its security
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Deedy, other user accounts, or related systems
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse Deedy’s software, AI systems, or underlying logic
- Use Deedy to develop or train competing products or services
- Upload malware, harmful code, or content designed to damage systems or data
6.4 Accuracy and Verification
Deedy does not independently verify the accuracy, legality, or completeness of Documents or User Content.
You remain responsible for:
- Reviewing and verifying all information
- Ensuring that important facts, figures, and legal details are correct
- Correcting any errors or omissions in your Documents or data
You acknowledge that Deedy relies on the information you provide and that incorrect or incomplete inputs may result in inaccurate outputs.
6.5 Use in Good Faith
You agree to use Deedy in good faith and in a reasonable manner consistent with its intended purpose as a property information and organisation tool.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access where use is clearly abusive, misleading, or inconsistent with the spirit of the beta service.
7. Documents, User Content, and Ownership
7.1 Ownership of User Content
You retain full ownership of all Documents and User Content that you upload to or create within Deedy.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your Documents or User Content to us.
7.2 Licence to Operate the Service
In order to provide the Services, you grant Preming Marketing S.L. a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to store, process, analyse, display, and otherwise use your User Content and Documents solely for the purpose of operating and improving Deedy and providing the Services to you.
This licence:
- Applies only for as long as you maintain an Account or use the Services
- Is limited to what is technically necessary to provide the Services
- Does not permit us to sell, publish, or disclose your Documents or User Content to other users
7.3 Confidentiality and Visibility
Your Documents and User Content are private and are not visible to other users of Deedy.
We do not access or review your Documents or User Content except in the following limited circumstances:
- Where necessary to provide technical support or respond to support requests
- Where required to investigate technical issues, misuse, or security incidents
- Where required by law or pursuant to a lawful request from a competent authority
- Where reasonably necessary to provide you with the Services you have requested or reasonably expect, including administrative, technical, or support actions carried out on your behalf (such as uploading documents, correcting errors, or resolving issues), and only to the extent required to perform those actions
Any such access is limited to what is strictly necessary, carried out in good faith, and does not involve reviewing or using your personal information beyond what is required to perform the relevant service.
7.4 Use of Aggregated and Anonymised Information
We may analyse information derived from use of Deedy in an aggregated and anonymised form to:
- Improve the functionality and performance of the platform
- Identify patterns, errors, or areas for improvement
- Develop general insights about property-related documentation or processes
- Analyse aggregated user behaviour, usage patterns, and trends in order to generate general insights, improve the Services, and better understand property-related practices and market dynamics
Such analysis does not involve the disclosure of identifiable personal data or Documents and does not allow individual users, properties, or personal circumstances to be identified.
7.5 No Guarantee of Preservation
During the beta phase, Deedy is not intended to function as a long-term archival or backup service.
While we take reasonable measures to protect data, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important Documents.
7.6 Removal of Content
You may remove Documents or User Content from Deedy at any time through the platform, subject to technical limitations.
Upon deletion of your Account, your Documents and User Content will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.7 Authorisation to Request Official Documents
Where Deedy offers services that involve requesting, purchasing, or obtaining official documents on your behalf (including, without limitation, Land Registry Extracts / “Notas Simples”), you expressly authorise Preming Marketing S.L. to act on your behalf for this limited purpose.
You confirm that you have a legitimate interest in obtaining such documents and that any information provided by you in connection with such requests is accurate and complete.
Deedy obtains such documents solely to provide the Services to you and does not verify or assume responsibility for the legal effect or completeness of the documents obtained.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Privacy Policy Applies
Your use of Deedy is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data and Documents are collected, processed, stored, and protected when you use the Services.
The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read together with them.
8.2 Roles and Responsibilities
For the purposes of applicable data protection law:
- Preming Marketing S.L. acts as the operator of the Deedy platform
- In relation to Documents and personal data uploaded by users, Preming Marketing S.L. generally acts as a data processor, processing such data on the instructions of the user
- In relation to account data, platform usage data, and administrative data, Preming Marketing S.L. may act as a data controller

8.3 Processing of Documents and Personal Data
Personal data and Documents are processed solely for the purposes of:
- Providing and operating the Deedy Services
- Supporting users in managing and understanding property-related information
- Maintaining platform security, functionality, and support
- Complying with applicable legal obligations
We do not process personal data or Documents for purposes incompatible with those described in the Privacy Policy.
8.4 User Rights
You retain all rights granted to you under applicable data protection law, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may exercise these rights at any time using the tools provided within Deedy or by contacting us as set out in the Privacy Policy.
8.5 Beta-Phase Considerations
During the beta phase, data processing practices may evolve as the platform is tested and improved. Any material changes to how personal data is processed will be reflected in updates to the Privacy Policy.
9. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments
9.1 Access Plans
Deedy may offer different access plans, including free and paid subscriptions or memberships, which may provide access to different features or levels of service.
Details of available plans, features, pricing, and any applicable limits are made available on the Deedy website or within the platform.
During the beta phase, access plans and features may be adjusted, added, or withdrawn as the service is tested and refined.
9.2 Beta-Phase Pricing and Availability
During the beta phase:
- Some features may be provided free of charge
- Paid features or subscriptions may be offered on a limited or trial basis
- Pricing, inclusions, or availability may change as the service evolves
We reserve the right to modify pricing, introduce new paid features, or discontinue beta offerings at any time, subject to reasonable notice where applicable.
9.3 Payments
Where paid subscriptions or services are offered:
- Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise stated
- Payments are processed using third-party payment providers
- Prices may be displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as indicated at the point of purchase
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and authorise us (or our payment providers) to charge the applicable fees.
9.4 Taxes
Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes, including VAT, depending on your location and the nature of the service. Where VAT or other taxes apply, they will be identified at checkout or otherwise communicated to you.
You are responsible for any taxes or charges imposed by authorities in connection with your use of Deedy, except where required by law to be collected by us.
9.5 Cancellation and Termination of Paid Plans
You may cancel a paid subscription or membership at any time in accordance with the cancellation process described within Deedy or at the point of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Fees already paid are non-refundable
During the beta phase, we may apply more flexible or discretionary cancellation or refund practices, but we are not obliged to do so.
9.6 Changes to Fees and Plans
We may change subscription plans, features, or fees from time to time.
Where changes affect an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice and explain how the change applies to you.
10. Third-Party Services
10.1 Use of Third-Party Providers
Deedy relies on third-party services and providers to operate and deliver certain aspects of the Services. These may include, for example:
- Website and application hosting
- Data storage and infrastructure
- Automated processing or AI-related services
- Payment processing
- Email and communication services
Such services are provided by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
10.2 No Control Over Third-Party Services
We do not control, and are not responsible for, the availability, performance, security, or content of third-party services.
While we take reasonable care in selecting and managing third-party providers, we cannot guarantee that third-party services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
10.3 Links to Third-Party Services
Deedy may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience or informational purposes.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services, and access to them is at your own risk.
10.4 Third-Party Terms
Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms imposed by those providers. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with any applicable third-party terms.
11. Availability and Changes to the Service
11.1 Service Availability
We aim to make Deedy available on a continuous basis, but we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or without interruption.
During the beta phase, Deedy may experience:
- Temporary outages or downtime
- Reduced performance
- Planned or unplanned maintenance
- Technical issues affecting availability or functionality
You acknowledge that uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, particularly during the beta phase.
11.2 Maintenance and Updates
We may carry out maintenance, updates, or modifications to Deedy from time to time.
This may include:
- Bug fixes
- Security updates
- Performance improvements
- Feature changes or removals
Where reasonably possible, we will seek to minimise disruption, but maintenance may sometimes require temporary suspension of access to the Services.
11.3 Changes to Features and Functionality
We reserve the right to modify, add, suspend, or remove features or functionality within Deedy at any time, particularly during the beta phase.
This may include:
- Changing how certain tools or features operate
- Introducing new beta features
- Withdrawing experimental or underused features
You acknowledge that features available at one point in time may not remain available indefinitely.
11.4 Suspension or Withdrawal of the Beta Service
We may suspend or discontinue the beta version of Deedy, in whole or in part, at any time.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation, but we are not obliged to do so during the beta phase.
11.5 No Guarantee of Continuity
You acknowledge that Deedy is offered as a beta service and that:
- The Service may change significantly before any full public release
- There is no guarantee that the beta Service will continue in its current form
- There is no guarantee that data, features, or configurations will be preserved beyond the beta phase
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 Ownership of Deedy
All intellectual property rights in and to Deedy, including the platform, software, underlying code, databases, schemas, workflows, designs, text, graphics, logos, branding, and other materials made available through the Services (excluding User Content), are owned by or licensed to Preming Marketing S.L.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of, or any proprietary rights in, Deedy or its underlying technology.
12.2 Limited Right to Use Deedy
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use Deedy solely for your personal or internal purposes and in accordance with its intended functionality.
You may not use Deedy for any commercial purpose other than those expressly permitted by the Services.
12.3 Restrictions
You must not, directly or indirectly:
- Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of Deedy or any part of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying logic
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from Deedy
- Use Deedy to build or train competing products or services
- Remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices or branding
12.4 Feedback
If you choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding Deedy during the beta phase, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that feedback for the purpose of improving the Services, without obligation to you.
12.5 No Conflict with User Content Ownership
For clarity, nothing in this section affects your ownership of Documents or User Content, which remains governed by Section 7 of these Terms.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
13.1 Service Provided “As Is”
Deedy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties or representations, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding Deedy or the Services, including any warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy or Results
We do not warrant that:
- The Services will meet your requirements or expectations
- Information, summaries, or AI-generated Output will be accurate, complete, or up to date
- Errors or defects will be identified or corrected
- Use of Deedy will produce any particular outcome or result
You acknowledge that Deedy relies on user-provided Documents and information and that outputs may vary depending on the quality, completeness, and interpretation of those inputs.
13.3 Beta-Specific Disclaimer
You acknowledge that Deedy is offered as a beta service and that, as such:
- The platform may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies
- Features may be experimental or incomplete
- The Service may change without notice
You accept these risks as part of using a beta product.
13.4 No Professional Warranties
Deedy does not warrant or represent that any information provided through the Services constitutes professional advice or a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.
Any reliance on the Services is at your own risk.
13.5 Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranties or rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
14.1 General Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Preming Marketing S.L. shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, Deedy or the Services.
This includes, without limitation, any loss or damage arising from:
- Reliance on information, summaries, or AI-generated Output
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Documents or outputs
- Decisions made or actions taken based on information provided through Deedy
14.2 Exclusion of Indirect and Consequential Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Preming Marketing S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including (without limitation):
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of business or opportunity
- Loss of data
- Loss of goodwill
- Legal, tax, or professional costs incurred as a result of reliance on the Services
14.3 Beta-Specific Limitation
You expressly acknowledge that Deedy is provided as a beta service and agree that your use of the Services during the beta phase is at your own risk.
Accordingly, Preming Marketing S.L. shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from:
- Bugs, errors, or defects in the beta Service
- Changes to features or functionality
- Suspension or discontinuation of the beta Service
- Loss or modification of data during the beta phase
14.4 Cap on Liability
To the extent that Preming Marketing S.L. is found liable notwithstanding the above, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be limited to the total amount paid by you to us for use of Deedy in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Where you have not paid any fees to us, our total liability shall be limited to €100.
14.5 Non-Excludable Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Preming Marketing S.L., its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of Deedy in breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your upload, use, or processing of Documents or User Content that you do not have the right or authority to use
- Any infringement or alleged infringement of the rights of a third party resulting from your User Content or actions
This indemnification obligation applies only to the extent that such claims arise from your actions or omissions and does not apply where the claim results solely from our breach of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Termination
16.1 Termination by You
You may stop using Deedy and terminate your Account at any time.
You may request deletion of your Account and associated data using the tools provided within Deedy or by contacting us as described in the Privacy Policy.
16.2 Termination or Suspension by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to Deedy, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe that:
- You have breached these Terms
- Your use of Deedy poses a security, legal, or operational risk
- Suspension or termination is required to comply with applicable law
- Continued access would adversely affect the platform or other users
Where reasonably practicable, we will attempt to notify you before taking such action.
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination of your Account:
- Your right to access and use Deedy will cease
- Your Account and associated data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Any outstanding fees owed to us (if applicable) will remain payable
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
16.4 Beta-Phase Considerations
During the beta phase, Deedy may be suspended or discontinued entirely, or access may be withdrawn from individual users, without obligation to continue providing the Service.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice of material changes or termination of the beta Service.
17. Data Retention and Deletion
17.1 Retention During Use of the Service
While your Account remains active, we retain your Documents, User Content, and account information to the extent necessary to provide the Services.
We do not retain personal data or Documents for longer than is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
17.2 Account Deletion by You
You may request deletion of your Account and associated data at any time using the tools provided within Deedy or by contacting us as described in the Privacy Policy.
Upon deletion of your Account:
- Your access to Deedy will be terminated
- Your Documents and User Content will be scheduled for deletion from our systems
- Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy
17.3 Deletion Timeframes and Exceptions
We will take reasonable steps to delete your Documents and personal data within a reasonable period following account deletion.
However, certain data may be retained for a limited period where:
- Required by applicable law or regulatory obligations
- Necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
- Required for accounting, tax, or audit purposes
Any such retained data will be limited in scope and duration and handled securely.
17.4 Beta-Phase Limitations
During the beta phase:
- Deletion processes may involve manual steps
- Some residual data may persist temporarily in backups or logs
- Complete deletion may not be immediate in all cases
We take reasonable measures to ensure that any such residual data is protected and is not actively used once deletion has been requested.
You acknowledge that Deedy is offered as a beta service and that, during the beta phase, tools for exporting or downloading Documents, User Content, or data may not be available.
If the beta Service is discontinued, access to data stored within Deedy may be lost. You are responsible for retaining your own copies of all Documents and information and should not rely on Deedy as the sole or permanent repository of important data during the beta phase.
17.5 User Responsibility
You are responsible for retaining copies of any Documents or information you wish to keep before deleting your Account.
Deedy does not guarantee the availability or recoverability of data after Account deletion.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update or amend these Terms from time to time, particularly during the beta phase as Deedy evolves.
Where changes are made:
- The updated version will be published on the Deedy website
- The version number and “last updated” date will be revised accordingly
Continued use of Deedy after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will seek to provide reasonable notice.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of Deedy, are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union law.
The courts of Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
