This Privacy Policy explains how personal data and documents are collected, used, stored, and protected when you use Deedy, a digital platform operated by Preming Marketing S.L..
Deedy is currently offered as a beta service. This means some processes may still be evolving, but we are committed to handling personal data responsibly and in line with applicable data protection law.

We do not sell personal data.
We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who support Deedy’s operation, such as:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- AI and automated processing providers
- Payment processors
- Email and communication services
These providers act under contractual obligations and are required to protect personal data in line with applicable law.
AI Processing Providers
Deedy uses third-party AI infrastructure providers to support automated document analysis and AI-generated outputs. Where such providers process personal data, they do so as data processors acting on our behalf.
Deedy currently uses Langdock, an EU-based AI platform, to facilitate interactions with large language models. Langdock processes data within the European Union and operates in accordance with applicable GDPR requirements.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate legal, accounting, or security purposes.
12. Beta-Phase Limitations
During the beta phase:
- Data export or download tools may not be available
- Some data may persist temporarily in backups or logs after deletion
- If the beta service is discontinued, data stored within Deedy may be lost
You should retain your own copies of important documents and should not rely on Deedy as the sole repository of important information during the beta phase.
