Deedy is developed by Spanish Property Insight (SPI), a trusted authority on the Spanish property market for over 20 years. Yes. Your data and documents are stored securely, are GDPR-compliant, and are visible only to you. Deedy does not sell, share, or exploit your personal information — ever.
You start by adding your property and organising all the key information in one place — even on the free plan. If you upgrade to a Silver or Gold plan, Deedy can also obtain and analyse your official property documents, explain what they mean, flag issues, and help you stay on top of deadlines and next steps.
No. Deedy uses AI behind the scenes, but you never have to interact with it directly. There are no prompts, settings, or technical decisions — just clear explanations and practical tools designed for everyday property owners.
Deedy can analyse the main Spanish property documents, including the deed of sale (escritura), Land Registry extract (nota simple), cadastral certificates, habitation certificates (cédula), and energy certificates — explaining them in plain English and showing how they fit together.
Everyone starts on Bronze — it’s the default plan when you register and it’s completely free. Bronze lets you add your property and use Deedy to manage your affairs with notes and tasks, while also letting you explore all the other features in preview mode. If you like what you see, you can upgrade to Silver or Gold at any time.
Silver adds clarity and insight. With a Silver plan, Deedy can obtain and analyse your key ownership documents, explain them in plain English, and highlight risks, inconsistencies, or missing paperwork. It’s ideal for owners who want to truly understand what they own and stay sale-ready.
Gold is designed for owners who want full control — especially those preparing to sell. It includes everything in Silver, plus Deedy’s complete Sales Assistant: due diligence checks, pricing tools, marketing support, and dashboards to manage agents, enquiries, and the entire sales process.

Yes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by clicking the Delete account button on your account page.
