Daniela backup cleaner

  • When Maxi is away we use a backup cleaner called Daniela, peruvian girl and contact of Gladys’s.
  • She came in the summer of 2025 when Maxi was on holiday in August, and in May 2026 when Maxi went to her mother’s funeral in the Philippines and was away for 13 working days (4-20 May).
  • She’s a good cleaner if a bit slow, but irons very well
  • In 2025 and 2026 we paid her 50€/day = 250€/week for 4hrs/day = 12.50€/hr.
  • She typically worked 4pm – 8pm.

Investigate Paqui employment risk

We have never declared any nomina or employment contract for Paqui and Eduardo. I need to look into this, if there are any risks for us.

Cleaner

All the cleaners have been friends or contacts of Maxi’s. 3h/week

  • The first cleaner we had was called Dhemy starting with Marcus Koch in 2023 12€/h
  • Edith took over in September 2024 also 12€/h. She left at the end of November 2025
  • Friend of Edith called Laila taking over starting 5-dec-2025 3hrs 14.00 – 17.00
    • Laila has found another job so her last day was 6-feb-2026. I owe her €34 for that day. Giving it to Maxi to get to her.
  • Edith coming back starting Fri 13-feb on same terms as before.
